Grilled meats, salad, wine and a pint on a candlelit restaurant table

Hospitality packages

Make them hungry before they book.

Photos, films and posts for restaurants, pubs and hotels, shot on a quiet morning and running every month.

01 How it works

Three steps. None of them yours.

  1. A bright, empty dining room in the morning01

I shoot on a quiet morning

About three hours before you open. Your kitchen plates two dishes properly and gets on with the day.

  2. A crème brûlée with a strawberry, seen from above02

You see it in 2 to 3 days

The finished film and photos land on a private page you can open on your phone.

  3. A tall red cocktail with mint on a bar03

    It runs every month

Pick a plan and it repeats: a new shoot, new posts, and as much of the rest as you want handled.

02 Start here

The Taster Shoot. Pay only if you love it.

One shoot outside opening hours. Within 2 to 3 working days you see the finished film and photos on a private page. Love them, pay £450 and download the lot. Don’t, and you owe nothing.

03 What one shoot gives you

One morning. A month of posts.

Every plan starts here. This is one real shoot’s worth: a hero film, short clips for stories and fifteen photos in the mix that fills a feed.

Bronze Plan 1 of 4

The Content Drop

£650 a month, all in

One shoot a month. A film worth posting, clips for stories and photos for everything else. You post it.

Everything included

  • One shoot a month, about 3 hours on a quiet morning
  • 1 hero film, 20 to 30 seconds, cut to music, plus the same footage cut into 4 short reels
  • 3 to 5 story clips: the pour, the flame, the burger being opened
  • 15 edited photos: 6 dishes, 3 drinks, 3 of the room, 2 people, 1 detail
  • 8 captions with hashtags and a 4-week posting order
  • Everything on a private page within 2 to 3 working days, ready to download
  • Your new photos uploaded to your Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat menus
  • A Restaurant Score check-up in month one (10 checks), re-scored at month three so you can see what moved

What it does for you

Fixes the look. When someone checks your page before booking, the last month looks like a real place, not a menu photo from March.

£1,000 a month

Everything in the Drop, and it goes out five times a week without you touching the app.

Everything included

  • Everything in The Content Drop
  • 5 posts a week on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, plus stories

  • Seasonal campaigns planned weeks ahead: a Christmas party push from September, then Valentine’s, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day
  • A quiet-night offer every month, posted and pushed in stories to fill your slowest night
  • Every post waits for your approval before it goes out
  • Bookings, complaints and questions flagged to you the same working day
  • A half-page report and a 30-minute call each month
  • A Restaurant Score check-up in month one (10 checks), re-scored at month three so you can see what moved

What it does for you

  • 08

    Bring a friend

Members send a friend their own invite. When the friend comes in, both get a reward.

  • 09

    Reviews, asked properly

The morning after a visit, every member gets a short note asking how it went, with two choices: leave a Google review, or send your team a private word. Every review gets a reply.

Your list, not a platform’s. Every member who joins is yours. Their name, email and birthday month sit on your list, with their permission, ready for the monthly email.

More visits, fewer empty nights. The quickest way to fill a quiet Tuesday is a nudge to people who already love you.

Which one fits?

A marketing plan should cost about 3 to 5 percent of what you take. At £30 a head, this is roughly how many covers a week each plan suits.

Who shoots it

I’m Louis. I do the lot.

I shoot, edit and post every plan myself, so the person who stood in your kitchen is the one writing your captions. No account managers, no handing you over to a junior after month one.

Every photo in this brochure is from a real shoot of mine, at independent restaurants, grills and bars across Hertfordshire and Essex.

06 Questions

What owners ask first.

Will a shoot get in the way?

No. Shoots happen outside opening hours, usually on a quiet morning. Your kitchen plates two dishes properly and gets on with the day.

What if I don’t like the Taster?

Then you owe nothing. You see the finished work first, and only pay the £450 if you want to keep it.

Do I have to post it myself?

Only on Bronze. From Silver upwards I schedule everything, and nothing goes out until you have approved it.

Am I tied in?

Bronze and Silver run month to month. Gold and Platinum have a two-month minimum, then roll month to month.

Do creators have to say it’s an ad?

Yes. UK rules treat a free meal as payment, so every creator post we arrange is labelled #ad. We check that for you, and we only pick creators whose followers are actually local.

Is the website really included?

Yes, on Platinum. I rebuild your site in month one with online booking built in, with no build fee. It is yours to keep after month 3. Leave before then and it stays with me.

Who pays for the ads?

Gold includes £150 of ad spend. On Platinum the spend goes straight from your card to Google and Meta, never through me, so you always see exactly what was spent.

Who owns the photos and films?

You can use them on your socials, website and menus for as long as you like. Paid ads use them from Gold upwards.

Where do you work?

Hertfordshire, Essex and the edges of London. Further for the right venue.
